By completing a purchase on Sketlix, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Product Nature (No Physical Returns)

All products sold on Sketlix are digital assets, including but not limited to:

  • 2D characters
  • 2D backgrounds
  • Illustrations
  • Creative digital files

Since no physical goods are shipped, returns are not applicable.

Once a digital product is delivered or made accessible for download, it cannot be returned.


2. No-Return Policy

🚫 Sketlix does not accept returns for digital products.

Returns are not possible because:

  • Digital files cannot be “returned” once accessed
  • Products can be copied or stored after download
  • License rights are granted immediately upon purchase

3. Refund Policy Overview

💡 Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

A refund request may be considered only under specific conditions related to technical failure.


4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund request may be approved only if:

  • The digital file is corrupted or incomplete
  • The download link does not work due to a system error
  • The product received is significantly different from the description

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchase
  • Incorrect product or category selection
  • Incorrect license selection (Personal / Commercial / Extended)
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of skills or software
  • Successful download of the product
  • Violation of the License Agreement

6. License Purchases & Refunds

  • License fees are non-refundable
  • License acceptance at checkout is final
  • License upgrades or changes require a new purchase

7. Refund Request Process

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund:

  1. Email Sketlix support
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Clear explanation of the issue
  3. Allow time for review and verification

Refund requests without sufficient information may be rejected.


8. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider
  • Sketlix is not responsible for delays caused by banks or gateways

9. Abuse Prevention

Sketlix reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refund requests that appear abusive or fraudulent
  • Suspend accounts involved in repeated refund claims
